Arvin AndersonRuns his own business on Claude. Teaches owners to do the same.
Inside the room
A Tuesday, six months from now.
This is what your business looks like once Claude is running the daily work. Not the demo version. The Tuesday version.
You open your inbox and it's already organized. What needs you is on one list, replies drafted and waiting for you to hit send.
Someone fills out your form. The follow-up goes out immediately, in your voice. You find out about it when you check the list.
Invoices went out on time. A declined card got caught the same day. Your monthly financials update in minutes, not a weekend.
You get off the call and the recap or the proposal is already built from the transcript, ready to send.
You say “book a call with Sarah Tuesday at 2.” It's on your calendar. Invite sent.
Your profits improve and you get your time back for your family and your life.
The next six months.
You don't have to figure out the order. This is the order. Every month has a finish line.
1Month one
Set up
Build your business summary so Claude understands your business.
Build your project tracker so Claude knows what you're working on.
Extract every process in your business that you'll automate on Claude.
Claude is set up and knows what to build.
2Month two
Schedule your first tasks
Your one-on-one setup call with me.
We go through your process list and pick the tasks Claude can run on its own.
We set them up on a schedule, so they run every day or every week without you.
The first tasks are running without you.
3Month three
Build your first skill
A skill is a process you do over and over, saved so Claude runs it on one command.
Seven days building your first one with me. Voice memos and files back and forth until it runs.
Build the next one on your own and send it to me to review.
You know how to build the next one yourself.
4Month four
Build your dashboards
Project dashboards: deadlines, client projects, orders and inventory.
Financial dashboards: your accounting ledger, your ad tracker, your revenue.
The Thursday Operations call opens to you.
You check one screen instead of five tabs.
5Month five
Build your workflows
Lead follow-up. Proposals and quotes. Client recaps.
Your inbox. Your funnel. Your content.
Built on the Thursday call and the monthly workshops.
The repeat work is off your plate.
6Month six
Finish and reassess
Look at everything that's running in your business now.
Decide what the next phase of your business looks like.
Then we build it.
Expand your business from here.
The work that comes off your plate.
The ten things business owners keep telling me eat their week. Check yours. That's where we start.
Check the ones that are yours.
What's in the room.
Everything you get the day you walk in.
The curriculum and the skillsDay one
Every module, every template, every skill I use to run my own business. Install them, don't rebuild them.
Your one-on-one setup callMonth two
We go through your process list together and set your first tasks up to run on their own.
Seven-day skill buildMonth three
A week of voice memos and files back and forth with me while we build your first skill until it runs.
Two live build calls a weekEvery week
Tuesday for setup and your first tasks. Thursday for the bigger builds once your first skill is done. Bring what you're working on.
Monthly workshopsTwo or three a month
One is always the setup workshop for new members. The others walk through one specific build, start to finish.
Questions answered every dayAnytime
Post it in the room. I answer daily. You're never stuck waiting for a call.
Your week
Tuesdayevery week
Foundations call. Fifteen minutes of teaching, then hot seats. Plan your day, connect your platforms, schedule a task, build a tracker.
Wednesday2–3 a month
Workshops and big builds. One each month is always the setup workshop.
Thursdayevery week

learning wins… 🏆
I just wanted to take a minute to think about all of the wins that I have been implementing because of you Arvin and this group:
I'm using Wispr Flow to write this.
In another browser, Claude is currently fixing my website, which it fixed twice cuz it keeps getting hacked. no problem.
I have daily outreach that goes by email and is automated each morning for collaborations.
I have uploaded many of my purchased courses, and they have become skills in Claude, so that my marketing, my messaging, and my voice are much more optimized now because of that.
Claude is editing my daily video that I've been creating.
I have four Netlify offerings now.
Claude helps me organize, optimize, remember the schedule, and reply to the podcasts that I am a guest on.
I'm doing the daily morning plan, which is organized and now much more complicated because I can handle more.
Just the most sincerest thank you. 💚
